We had breakfast at abhis It's whatever his mother cooks and simply delicious! Highly recommended to go there Nearly all Indian food but I think I spotted a omelette as well well Chai is great as well The price is very cheap

It’s the perfect spot for tourists who want a peaceful yet lively place to eat and unwind. When it comes to food, Abhi’s Café truly great. The dishes are delicious, freshly made, and surprisingly affordable. One moment that really stuck with me was when I asked the staff, “Who is Abhi?” The guy smiled warmly and said, “It’s the owner’s friend's son -- he’s no more. The café is named after him. That’s another story.” That brief exchange added such a personal and emotional touch to the whole experience. You can feel that the place carries memories and meaning beyond just being a business -- it’s built with love and respect. In comparison to the other restaurants around the beachfront -- which can get really expensive -- this café offers great value for money without compromising on quality. Everything we ordered tasted authentic and satisfying. Also, if you’re in the area and thinking about trying the “Janakiya Kudumbasree Hotel” near instead, I’d suggest sticking to Abhi’s Café. The Kudumbasree place didn’t quite meet expectations in terms of both food and service, whereas Abhi’s team genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. Overall, Abhi’s Café is a hidden gem. Whether you’re a local or a tourist, it’s definitely worth a visit for its good food, great vibes, and friendly people. Highly recommended!

One of the best stays in India. The owner and his wife are very very nice. The rooms are big and clean. They also make very good food at a cheap price. They make amazing chai all day long and also sell some snacks.

The Taste Feels Like Eating At Home, Though The Menu Is Quite Limited And Only BreakFast And Dinner . Located Just A 5-Minute Walk From Nearby Residency Where We Stayed [ Cocoland ] Which Was Cheap Stay , Value For Money . This Café Is A Great Alternative To The Costly Tourist Restaurants Around Kovalam.

A lovely and quiet place to hang out. Run by Mani, a guy who goes out of his way to help you. He is a brilliant cook, he can make anything you like. Western style salad or grilled prawns. He has excellent cakes daily. It's clean and the food is fantasticwhsther it's local or western style you wish. I go there for breakfast, snacks and dinner. It's clean, healthy and always yummy. One can meet people here from all over the world, so you can have interesting conversations. Also many local people come here, so you can learn about local culture and language. I stayed in one of the rooms once years ago. It was very clean and huge. As I said, Mani goes out of his way to make the place a lovely and cool meeting point with great healthy food.

Had a great stay in the hotel. Mani the host was so helpful and kind. The rooms are spacious and clean. There’s a small cafe which serves best breakfast and dinner. Hotel is around 400m away from beach and has quite surroundings.
